Man, I remember 2008 like it was yesterday, and yet whenever I play a game, watch a flash, or listen to a song from then, I get bombarded with those nostalgic memories.
And it makes me think...
What have I done with my life?
I love videogames especially old school games. I've played almost every classic and I love making parody's of it in sprite animations. If you do not like Sprite animations please go watch actual drawings on another place or at least give it a chance.

I feel the same. Been on this site for 3.5 years and now it's empty. Man, where has all the time gone.

Yea, I can sorta relate. I just liked 2008 for the good TV (chowder, flapjack),Internet,(I had AOL, it was very crappy but whatever), also, the house I used to live in.Then, 2009 happened........ fuck.

It was a fun year for me, being an innocent and all, but I was hated by everyone.
If you didn't know, I like Megaman and Pokémon. And the school I went to, if you so much as knew how to pronounce a pokémon's name, you were a lifeless faggot. It wouldn't annoy me now, but back when I was 13, someone calling me gay would really rustle my jimmies.
I was also super black extremist (I blame my racist stepdad), which didn't bode well for me because I was one of three blacks in my school, and I was the only articulate one, so I had good grades, but my arrogance made me the most hated student, which as you can guess, I saw it all as racism. It sucked even more because I discovered a lot of the girls really liked me/wanted sex with a black guy.
Then there was me on the internet. I just discovered GooglePages and I was advertising my site like crazy. It was just full of not credited pictures I found off of Deviantart, and pixel art I got from Pixeltendo. I made sprite recolors and whatnot, just like every internet noob, but I was stupid enough to become a member of Pixeltendo, and advertise my recolors. They hated me.
I also started a huge flamewar (for lack of a better word) on Newgrounds. It was me and a gang of newfags I befriended vs Purelymad99, SonicPsycho, n1ggr, and their army of alts. It lasted for at least a year. They've all left or made new accounts. They all made newsposts about me. I'm sure their accounts are still intact, the posts are.
I've grown up quite a lot though, but I still wish I could do it all over again.
