Act 9-2: The Other Emeralds
After Epsilon exited Dr. Eggman's lab, he sent one of his Badniks out to clean up the bodies of Scratch and Grounder. After several minutes of waiting, the Badnik returned and told Eggman that it found something more. "Doctor, I have found the body of one of Sonic the Hedgehog's partners, it seems to be a red one. It seems to have been impaled by something from model" the Badnik stated, "It seems that there were traces of metal from his wound that came from one of your own models. Model Sc-R47-CH." Eggman was surprised, "So those dumb bots are actually good for something" he said to himself. "Shall I dispose of them?" the Badnik queried, "No, salvage their parts. I wish to rebuild them. And I'll take care of the echidna, I have something special for it."...
Amy, Ray, Bean, Vector, and Cream watched Sonic and Tails fly to Angel Island, when Ray asked "What are we going to do while we wait for them to get back?" "We could try to fight off anyone who is after the Super Emeralds." Bean said, "What do you mean try?" Ray got anxious, "Don't worry, we've got two Emeralds, and I bet Dr. Eggman doesn't have any. We shouldn't have too much tru--." Bean started, but then he looked up in the sky mesmerized by the dark clouds floating above the sky. Thunder started to clap very loudly and a large torrent of rain started to fall, pelting Bean with large balls of rain. "Everyone, into Tails' workshop." Amy shouted, and ran into the shop, still holding the emeralds. "Bean, Bean!" Ray shouted, but Bean couldn't resist starting into the storm's eyes, "Ugh", Vector moaned and dragged Bean into Tails' workshop. "Will Tails and Sonic be okay?" Cream asked Amy, "I hope so..." she said.
Epsilon checked his emerald locator to find where the closest emerald was from him, the nearest Super Emerald was at Casniopolis, a prize, perhaps? Whatever it was, his main mission was to find it. He walked in the Casino and spoke to the prize redemption man, "You have an item that is needed in the possession of Dr. Eggman, you may relinquish it now, or I shall have to use force." "Sorry, Astro Boy but if you want anything, you'll need some rings to pay for it" the man told him "You have denied my offer, therefore I shall simply use force." Epsilon aimed his gun at the prize redemption man. "Go ahead and do it, I'm suicidal anyway." Epsilon shot the man's left ear, and stuck his hand through the window of the booth he was standing in and pulled him out. "I shall not kill you, but I shall torture you until my request has been taken." "I-I can't just give you a prize. You-you have to give me the rings, it-it's not my fault" the man trembled "There's a slot machine over there, it gives you rings.". Epsilon stared deeply at him before throwing the prize redemption man back in the prize redemption booth. Before Epsilon treaded away, the man begged Epsilon to kill him. Epsilon only shot him in the shoulder and treaded to a nearby slot machine.
Thus ends only part 2...
