The guy lost what little respect I had for him when he made a list of 13 reasons why he left the BBS (most of which were just arbitrary butthurt in list form), and then started posting on it again with his other (very obvious) alt 'The-Newgrounds-Guide'.

I know what that guide'll be like (in the infinitely unlikely chance it'll ever be finished), and why he wants 40,000 posts to do it in (no, that's not an exaggeration): All he'll do is copy-paste the stuff that's already written about NG from around the 'official' parts of the site, and then pad it out with his own particular brand of irrelevant logorrheous drivel. To the point where it'll actually be harder to find the useful information in there than it would be to find the original places he got said info from. And this is assuming he'll finish it, which practically everyone can see he won't (by his own calculations, it'll take him 10 years to finish it, and even he hasn't got enough butthurt to keep him going for that long).

He's won himself a vote for 'drama queen' in the next BBS awards (bear in mind, my vote WAS for DavidZX here).

First of all his blank posts are blank posts so he has the space for making the guide. Yes he is making a guide, don't talk too early before even know him. where he responds to people and discuss abusive reviews.
SuperMarioBrosS account is for making the guide, and then he will change the name to The-Newgrounds-Guide, account he created so nobody would steal the name. But this account isn't only used by him.
We're actually doing experiments like how much spam can hold the inbox (this explain the "spam this guy's inbox) and getting screenshots of errors like the BBS bans.
You can come to the chat and discuss. And for the record, you made a wiki article about him to piss him off.
