His name is Justice the Protector.

Justice's Bio -WALL OF TEXT WARNING-

Justice was created on a remote military base to protect Empire City from the mysterious Project Shadow. At this time, Empire City underwent a period of fear and paranoia. There were conspiracy theories spread amongst the city that G.U.N.'s Project Shadow was made in preparation for complete world domination, or that a group of environmental eco-terrorists were plotting to wage an all out war on the planet. Twenty three spies sneaked into the G.U.N. base to steal information about the Project Shadow; only two managed to make it out.

Justice was created as "The Last Defense" by a lesser known scientist, Augustus Kimera. Justice was not named because of the strong sense of justice he was created with; he's named after Augustus' late daughter (Justice's design also came from the late Justice's daily attire; purple shoes, some green sweatpants and a tanktop). He is known as the last defense because of his ability to absorb energy. He can absorb the energy from literally anything. Whether it's the energy from a punch or the energy from a nuclear bomb. Theoretically, he could meld with the largest of stars!

Embedded in his skull - or rather, located in between his skull brain - lies a disc where the energy is stored. This disc lights up with the more energy he stores. The disc is designed to light up and burn off a small amount of energy when he starts to store large amounts. This works as sort of a cooling agent that always keeps him from overloading with energy. With relative ease, he can release all of his stored energy in one blast.

He carries many of Shadow's traits, such as being "immortal" and "ageless". Unlike Shadow, he has no Chaos Power (But he doesn't need any as he can just absorb the energy from them). As previously mentioned, he has a strong sense of justice. He always wants to help people. However, he is very violent and unpredictable, especially when he has lots of energy stored in him. When low on energy, Justice moves and acts very sluggishly, as if he was high on drugs.

Justice was never completed; he never learned about morality. Before Professor Augustus could finish Justice, he died suddenly after years of asbestos exposure. This caused a major negative impact on Justice, as he had to be trained by Empire City's military. There he was trained poorly. He learned to be paranoid, as was the rest of the Empire City. He was taught to trust neither the wrong-doer, nor do-gooder. He learned that violence was only punishable by more violence, however, he was also taught that there is good in everyone, and that it's wrong to fight, even if it's for something you believe in. This combined with his sense of justice caused a constant mental war inside Justice.

After five years of mental instability, Justice finally went off. Single handedly, he destroyed Empire City's entire military, killing everyone in the base. Since the military was never even known of by the public (And since no one dared to attack one of the richest cities, the military was a waste of hundreds of thousands of the taxpayer's money), Justice was able to live a content life in the unrecognizable remains of the base.
