[Madness MS paint Art]

Good, but can be better

The madness characters' heads aren't perfect circles, the palette is great, but the guy on the left's visor is gradient, which looks bad. They're right next to an open door but the outside has grass but no sky.

The door is closing so of course the sky won't be seen. And what do you expect, i made it on MS Paint, the program sucks. But thats what i used to use before i got flash.

It doesn't look like an ambulance.

You just made a box with four circles and a put a red plus in the middle. It lacks perspective and it's very disproportionate.

Couldn't be a banner.

It's too short to be a banner, a banner has to be at least 770 pixels wide. You made this with MS Paint and it looks like you only took several minutes on it.

Doesn't look Super sayan.

It lacks perspective, the face should have color, the eyes need pupils, and the hair should stand up more like a super sayan's.
